A house isn’t a home without your personal touch — and San Francisco-based Norwood Construction, Inc. is dedicated to turning those dreams into reality. With more than 25 years of experience in the building trades, owner Jon Fitzgibbon takes a people-first approach to any project, combining the skills of a site superintendent and project foreman with a keen ear and eye for client care.

From managing rain-soaked construction projects in his native Ireland to overseeing outdoor living spaces in sunny California to piloting his team and his clients through even the most complicated interior remodels, Jon has seen it all — and prepared for it all. After 15 years in site management, including ten as the sole proprietor of Norwood Construction, Inc., he brings his own flavor of the American dream — building a business from the ground up — to yours: a house that’s also a home, tailor made for you. Whatever those dreams may be, Jon assembles the best team with the right balance of skills that will bring them to life.
